Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched, subject to order-processing status.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Customer name

Registered mobile number/email

Reason for cancellation

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If cancellation is approved and payment has already been received, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-processing timelines.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including:

Product unavailable

Pricing or listing error

Incorrect product information

Suspected fraudulent transaction

Delivery restrictions

Technical or operational issues

If we cancel an order for which payment has already been received, the eligible amount will be refunded.
